EGR VALVE > REMOVAL

1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

  1. Remove the intake manifold (Click here).



2. SEPARATE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

  1. Remove the engine oil level dipstick.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and separate the engine oil dipstick guide.



3. REMOVE EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the EGR valve connector.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and EGR valve assembly.

  1. Remove the EGR valve gasket from the cylinder head sub-assembly.
